Payment Information

Payments for memberships, listings, and other paid Services may be processed by third-party payment processors.

We generally do not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers when payments are processed through a third-party payment processor.

Information submitted for publication in an MDs Only listing may be distributed to MDs Only subscribers and other intended recipients of the applicable listing service.

Depending on the information you choose to include, a listing may contain:

  • Funding requests;
  • Asking prices;
  • Photographs;
  • Location information;
  • Contact information; and
  • Other information supplied by the person submitting the listing.

You should not submit information for publication that you do not want disclosed to the intended recipients of the Services.

MDs Only is not designed to collect patient medical records or protected health information for the purpose of providing healthcare services.

Do not submit patient-identifying medical information, medical records, Social Security numbers, passwords, complete payment-card numbers, or other highly sensitive information through a listing or ordinary communication unless we specifically request it through an appropriate secure process.

Users submitting listings are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is lawful to disclose and does not improperly contain confidential, proprietary, patient, employee, customer, or third-party information.
